Introduction of each equipment

1. loading machine (feeding/Load PCB): compatible with automatic loading of large and small PCB boards, single and double rows can be loaded at the same time.

2. Warpage inspection machine: It can automatically detect defects such as PCB finished boards or copper-clad laminates, bending and deformation, and according to PCB board warpage standards and flatness standards: for surface mount components (such as SMT mounted) printed board, with its twist and bow standard of not more than 0.75% or 0.5% for calculation, the automatic judgment of NG, and equipment for classification.

3. Flattening/Leveling machine: It can automatically level the finished PCB board, using upper and lower infrared heating to quickly heat the product to high temperature, and press the finished board with mechanical rollers to reduce bending and warping. Customer original drilling file problem analysis:
The punch hole/slot  is missing an outline, The stamp hole is not broken

 
 
 In this case, the hole checker software will determine the whole punching slot outline as one hole, and the actual drilling area in the middle is equivalent to being milled off. In short, in the drilling file, except for the punching slot outline of the PCB board is closed,  other punching slots can not appear as closed lines as in the original drilling file("panel. gbr" ) , those stamp holes must be broken. 
 
The requirements of Zhengye hole checker for drilling files are: the information is basically the same as the actual board shape , including hole position and diameter etc.

3. NT-F3999: Unqualified drilling data
This drilling data can only open "TREX-V3_6_DRILL.art", it is CAD drawing, the data format does not meet the requirements, the finished PCB board better provide gbr file format to adapt
